To activate our returns policy, providing you comply with the conditions stated below, you must contact us directly. The address of the depot we require you to return the goods to will also be given at this point.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is your UK statutory right.
Provided that the goods have not been used in any way, are in the exact condition in which they were received by the customer and are returned to nationalcarparts.co.uk, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the goods but not any service provided by us, such as the initial delivery service.
In such event the customer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to nationalcarparts.co.uk. No refund will be issued until the goods are received back to our depot and are checked by our team.
All confirmed faults will be subject to repair within the period and terms of the Manufacturer’s warranty.
All refunds issued will be the same as the tender type, however if this is not possible a cheque refund will be raised via our Head Office.
In the unlikely event that nationalcarparts.co.uk send incorrect goods and it's found to be an error on our behalf, we would incur the cost of collecting the goods.
